"Good quality garage seal, but still waiting for an apology"
I bought a garage door seal from Garadry and, to be fair, the quality was better than I expected. The rubber feels thick and sturdy, not flimsy like the old one I had, and once I took my time fitting it, it went on well.
I’ve had it down for a few weeks now and it’s stopped the water coming in, plus it looks neat. I’m happy with the product itself and would probably buy again, but there was a bit of hassle during the process and I do feel like an apology would’ve been the least they could offer

"Good fit, sizing was right"
I ordered from Garadry after measuring the gap under my garage door, and the size turned out pretty much spot on. It went across the door nicely and didn’t need much trimming at all... just a small bit off one end.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that it took me a little while to get it lined up straight, probably more my fault than anything else! Overall though, I’m happy with the fit and it does the job

Got it fitted quick, no real hassle at all. Went on easier than I thought it would.

"Got here faster than I thought"
My order showed up sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was a little banged up, but everything inside was fine. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order again.

I put the Garadry seal down a few weeks ago, it’s been a bit of a hero. Last weekend we had proper heavy rain and wind, the kind where I’d normally brace myself before opening the garage door, expecting the usual little flood waiting for me. But this time? Nothing. Not a drop had come under the door. It was straightforward to fit too, which was a relief. So far, I’m really happy with it.

I bought a garage door seal from garadry. It cost less than I thought it would. The quality feels good. Fitting it was simple too. It does the job and keeps things sealed up. Feels like money well spent. No complaints from me.

"Helpful customer service overall"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service and they got back to me fairly quickly. I’ve dealt with companies before where getting a response feels like a hassle, so this was a nice change. They sorted everything out without much fuss, although I did have to follow up once. Not perfect, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.
